Novox Research LLC - Return and Warranty Policy

At Novox Research LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. This policy outlines the procedures for returns within 30 days of delivery and our lifetime warranty support for product defects.

1. Return Policy (Within 30 Days of Delivery)

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible products, calculated from the date your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for reasons other than a product defect, you may request a return subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility Window: Return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • Condition of Item: Products must be returned in new, unused, and unopened condition (if applicable), suitable for resale. Items must be in their complete original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) from NovoxResearch.com is required.

  • Exclusions: The following items are generally not eligible for return under this 30-day policy:

    • Products that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged by the customer.

    • Products missing original packaging, accessories, or parts.

    • Ammunition, hazardous materials, liquids, or consumables.

    • Clearance, closeout, or "final sale" items.

    • FFL-Regulated Items: Once the transfer of an FFL-regulated item (like a firearm frame or receiver) is completed by your chosen FFL dealer, it cannot be returned to Novox Research LLC under this 30-day policy. Please inspect these items thoroughly before completing the transfer process. Issues discovered before transfer should be reported to us immediately. Issues discovered after transfer fall under the respective manufacturers Warranty Policy (Section 2).

  • Return Process:

    • Contact Novox Research Customer Support via [Your Support Email Address] or [Link to Your Contact/Support Form] within the 30-day window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

    • If approved, you will receive an RMA number and instructions for returning the product.

    • Securely package the item(s) and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

    • Ship the item back to the address provided in the RMA instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  • Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed (minus original shipping costs and potentially a restocking fee, if applicable and stated during the RMA process) to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 5-10 business days).

2. Lifetime Warranty Policy (Defects and Failures)

Novox Research LLC provides lifetime support and warranty coverage against defects in materials or workmanship for the expected usable lifetime of products purchased directly from us. This warranty applies to issues that are not caused by user error, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

  • Coverage: This warranty covers failures or defects resulting from the manufacturing process or materials under normal use conditions.

  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear from regular use.

    • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, improper maintenance, or modification.

    • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

    • Products not purchased directly from Novox Research LLC.

    • Products where the serial number or identifying marks have been altered or removed.

  • Warranty Period: "Lifetime" refers to the reasonable expected usable lifespan of the product, not the lifetime of the owner.

  • Warranty Claim Process:

    • If you believe your product has a defect covered by this warranty (regardless of how long ago you purchased it), contact Novox Research Customer Support via [Your Support Email Address] or [Link to Your Contact/Support Form].

    • Provide your original order number (if possible), a detailed description of the issue, and potentially photos or videos demonstrating the problem.

    • Our support team will work with you to troubleshoot the issue. If a defect is suspected, we will provide instructions and potentially an RMA number for returning the product for inspection.

    • Novox Research LLC may, at its discretion, cover the shipping costs for valid warranty claims (e.g., provide a prepaid shipping label). This will be determined during the claim process.

  • Resolution: Upon receiving and inspecting the product, if we determine the issue is covered under warranty, Novox Research LLC will, at our sole discretion:

    • Repair the defective product; OR

    • Replace the defective product with an identical or functionally equivalent product (new or refurbished); OR

    • Provide another resolution deemed appropriate (e.g., store credit). We are committed to providing full customer support throughout the warranty process to ensure your issue is resolved satisfactorily.

3. Returns After 30 Days

No returns will be accepted after the 30-day window (calculated from delivery) unless the return is initiated as a valid warranty claim under the terms outlined in Section 2 of this policy.
