7. Federal Firearms License (FFL) Regulated Items

  • Compliance is Mandatory: Certain products sold on this Site (e.g., firearm frames, receivers, and complete firearms) are subject to federal, state, and local firearms laws and require transfer through a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.

  • Your Responsibility: By placing an order for an FFL-regulated item, you represent and warrant that:

    • You are legally eligible to purchase and possess the item under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

    • You meet the required minimum age (typically 21 years or older for items transferred via FFL).

    • You are responsible for knowing and complying with all laws applicable to your purchase, possession, and use of the item in your jurisdiction before placing an order.

    • You will provide accurate and complete information for a designated, valid FFL holder in your area to facilitate the legal transfer.

    • You understand that the item must be shipped directly to the FFL holder you designate, and you must complete all required background checks and paperwork at the FFL holder's premises before taking possession.

  • FFL Transfer Process: You are responsible for contacting your chosen FFL holder to arrange the transfer and for any transfer fees they may charge. We will verify the FFL license before shipping.

  • Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order for an FFL-regulated item if:

    • You fail to provide valid FFL information.

    • The provided FFL cannot be verified or is invalid/expired.

    • The sale or transfer is prohibited by any applicable law.

    • You fail the required background check at the FFL holder. (Restocking fees may apply in this case, see Return Policy).

  • State/Local Restrictions: Some states and localities have specific restrictions on firearms and related accessories. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with these restrictions before ordering. We will not ship items to locations where they are prohibited by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED BY NOVOX RESEARCH LLC ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. Governing Law and Jurisdiction All matters relating to the Site and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Arkansas without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Arkansas located in the County of Union. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to revise and update these Terms from time to time.
